Cannot get past Be First page

    I installed the MyStickyMenu plugin and activated it, but cannot get past the Be First page. If I hit Skip or I input my email and hit Subscribe, nothing works. If I hit Welcome Bar, I am served the Be First page. If I hit Create New Welcome Bar, the only option is to upgrade to Pro. If I hit Sticky Menu Settings, I an served the Be First page. Again, not matter whether I subscribe or hit Skip, nothing happens. I’d like to test drive the plugin before I upgrade to Pro. Please help. Thank you.
