Cannot get my site to backup

  • Hi,

    I use WP Clone with no problem on most sites. However, one site is not backing up now, even though it had done previously.

    I get either an error message or a blank white screen. I took a screenshot of the error but don’t think I can upload it here. It was about php and writeable permissions. But wp-content/uploads/wp-clone is writeable.

    I want to backup before I carry out WP & Plugin updates.
