Cannot get it to work

  • I have installed the Yoco plugin and copied the secret keys over in the settings. But when I save I get the error:
    Yoco Payments: Error: plugin suspended due to missing Installation ID. Please visit Yoco Payments settings and “Save changes”. Make sure Secret Keys are correct.
    The keys are correct so what do I do now pls.
    I got the following error after saving:
    Yoco Payments: Failed to install plugin. Failed to request installation.
    500: Internal Server Error
    401 Unauthorized from GET https://teamhughesfishing.co.za
    SYSTEM_ERROR

    Please assist

    Hello @calfree,

    Sorry to hear about this. From the info you’ve shared we can’t start our investigation and we need you to share the logs and System Logs by visiting Woocommerce > Status > Logs and select the logs file with Yoco in the file name.

    Also share the WooCommerce, WordPress and PHP versions. Please share the info to [email protected]
