I recently installed ecwid Shopping Cart plugin on my multi-site. Other than the surprise limit of ten products everything seemed to go smoothly. That was yesterday. When I tried to log in to my dashboard using: https://www.olbinternetservices.com/admin/network/ I got a “Sorry, no such page.” Message on my website. Much of the website seems to be working just fine including the ecwid store. I have a site title that wasn’t there before, but I know how to fix that. The only thing seriously wrong is my only subsite: https://www.olbinternetservices.com/shop/, which is completely trashed.

Where do I start? I have heard that I can access my dashboard with ftp access, but I don’t know how to do that. I do know that I do have ftp access on my host’s server.
You could call me clueless in Columbus!

  • The WordPress Codex provides instructions that can help you get back into your site. If you already have FTP access, or access to your site’s folder structure via your host’s control panel (cPanel), you are already halfway there.
