Cannot get Custom icon and link to show

    I have placed a 100×100 png file and entered the full link address to ThomasNet, The Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram icons show and work as advertised, but the custom icon doesn’t show, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and tried both the “Ultimate Social Media Plus” and the “Ultimate Social Media” both fail to display a custom icon or link.

  • Ok, could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    Hi,
    I have similar problem. I tried to show the share icons on my site. I have marked the option of manual putting on, so I paste <?php echo DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS(); ?> into the theme code. But the icons does not show up – I have just an information (on the place where icons should be) that I need to check the maniual options. Please help ??
