Cannot get blog to start without trailing slash

Probably silly question, but, why doesn’t index.php load without a trailing slash in the URL.

I’ve fixed all the internal links so that they show a trailing slash, but still..

I’d really want the blog to start at https://magnus.ljungkvist.nu/blogg as well as at https://magnus.ljungkvist.nu/blogg/
