Cannot Get Access to Dashboard

  • Ok, I’m angry. I’ve been running this plugin with no issues for a year, and now it’s got my site all buggared up.

    If I install and active the plugin, I cannot get logged in. It kicks me to the main page of my blog. If I go into thru FTP and kill the plugin, then the site works fine.

    I guess its so secure that you can’t access it. Not exactly what I had in mind.

    I’ve deleted all the itsec database tables, and the plugin still does not work.

    Way to take a great plugin that was working and turn it into crap.

  • Try contacting them and telling them what actually happens. I installed today and it is working great on my site. No lockouts or anything. Of course as a programmer myself if I got a support message like yours I would ignore it. Tell them what is happening man! Email them give them error messages, etc. Maybe they still have a bug, maybe you have an older version…

    I just noticed the same problem on my site too. I’m hoping Away Mode is just active. Will try again in a few hours.
