• Formatting the account deletion ‘Custom Message’ (using the RTF editor) is not possible. If we add basic HTML formatting to the text, then the Custom Message displays the HTML code + the message.

Note: For most other ‘custom messages’ within Ultimate Member, the ‘RTF text-box editor text-box’ is available for use, (where both ‘Visual and Text’ tabs and editing options are available).

Q: Why is the RTF Editor not available for ‘Account Deletion Custom Messages’?

Q: How can we customize the formatting for the Account Deletion Custom Messages? (without the HTML formatting code displaying with the message)?

    Repro Steps
    ——————-
    1) Go to: Ultimate Member Settings page
    2) Select ‘General’ tab
    3) Select ‘Account’
    4) Scroll down to ‘Account Deletion Custom Text’ section
    5) Note that Rich-Text editor options are not available
    6) Enter ‘custom message’ within text-box
    7) Add HTML formatting code to change format of custom text
    8) Click ‘Save Changes’
    9) Login to Website with a ‘test user’
    10 Go to ‘Account’ page
    11) Select ‘Delete Account’
    12) Notice that HTML code is displayed with custom message
