Cannot Find Trash

    I want to throw up ?? I moved a product into the trash thinking that I’d be able to recover it when I was ready to. Now I cannot find my trash?1 I know it is supposed to be on the top and there should be an option for “published” “drafts” and “trash” but there is NO trash option. I had so many reviews on that product it’d be heartbreaking if it was gone for good!

    Hi there!

    “Trash” is definitely an option on my side. Here’s what I’m seeing:

    Bear in mind that “trash” items do get deleted periodically. So if that item was sitting there for a while, then it might have been deleted automatically.

    The only thing I can think of is to get in touch with your hosting provider to hear if they have any automated backup copies available that they can restore for you?
