Cannot find Tracking Info Widget

    Hello there,

    I installaed and connected your Plugin with Trackship. Before I pay the plan I’d like to try out and customize the Tracking Info Widget. I could not find it the setting. Guess I’m blind. Could you please tell me where I can find and customize the Tracking Info Widget for the my-account page?

    Hi @spielzeugfuchs,

    Thank you for reaching out and installing our plugin in collaboration with TrackShip. To customize the Tracking Info Widget on your email, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Shipment Tracking’ > ‘Settings’ in your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Open the ‘Order Statuses & Notifications’ panel.
    3. Click on the settings icon next to the Tracking Info Widget. This is where you can customize the widget’s appearance and content.
