Cannot find the ‘Update Translation’ link in plugins page

    I’m using the latest version of wordpress now and really can’t find the ‘Update translation’ link under the name of all the plugins. please help.

    Hi,

    This plugin only adds the link to update the translation of free plugins hosted on the www.remarpro.com repository, and for that reason have their translations hosted on Translating WordPress platform.

    If a plugin isn’t hosted on WP.org, it’s not possible to this plugin to get its translations, and for that reason the action link is not shown to avoid errors.

    Can you give some example of a plugin that has no action link for updating the translation?

    I would like to update translation with the ‘WooCommerce’ Plugin :'(

    The link should be available for WooCommerce. Still, it won’t update the translation for the JavaScript files.

    Hi @anyapas !

    Which locale are you using? Please make sure to switch to the target locale on your profile page on your site or the site setting.

    On your WordPress admin menu:

    • Users > Profile > Language: Make sure you’ve selected other than en_US
    • Settings > General > Site Language: If you’ve selected “Site Default” on the setting above, make sure you’ve selected other than en_US
