• I am receiving this error on a site when scanning – ideas?

I tried both fork options to the same effect.

    Maybe the snapshot is corrupted?
Can you try to delete all “snapshot.*” files located inside the wp-content/ninjascanner/nscanxxxxxxxxx/cache/ folder and run a new scan? (where xxxxxxxxx is a random number).

Hi, i have the same error. But i have this error only in one of my hosting. I checked log file and got this.

    1564141201~~8~~Could not get lock, exiting
    1564141201~~8~~Could not get lock, exiting
    1564150177~~8~~Could not get lock, exiting
    1564394753~~8~~Could not get lock, exiting
    1564394755~~8~~Could not get lock, exiting

May be it’s related with server safety?

Can you go to “Settings > Advanced Users Settings > Nerds Settings”, check the garbage collector “Clear snapshot and scan report” checkbox and click “Run it now”.
Then, try to run another scan?
The “Could not get lock” just means that the scanner cannot find its lock which is used when it’s running.

I’m also getting this error. With both fork options.

Also tried this, to no avail:

Can you go to “Settings > Advanced Users Settings > Nerds Settings”, check the garbage collector “Clear snapshot and scan report” checkbox and click “Run it now”.
