Cannot Find Quote Requests

  • I have installed the plugin and managed to get the emails working ( I was not receiving ) .

    The issue I now have is that I cannot find the quote requests on the back end of the site.

    I have gone to the Orders section under Woocommerce and they are not there , only our previous orders.

    Please can someone assist ?

    Hi @kevpack,
    Only the commercial version of YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce generates WooCommerce orders when submitting a quote request.

    Thank you for the response . Does that mean we are unable to view the quotes on the back end on the free version ?

    We are wanting to purchase the paid version but I just need to see how it works before making the commitment.
