Cannot find my business

    Hello. My business has a google listing and google reviews. But it does not have an address listed, just a suburb, so I cannot find it with your lookup tool. I saw on some of your other posts you pasted a code for the business you can use. Is there a way I can use the browser inspector to find my business ID? Would prefer not to paste business name here on the forums.

    I was able to work out the ID via browser inspector for my business and got this notice from your plugin:

    It seems Google place which you are trying to connect does not have a physical address (it’s virtual or service area)…

    So it seems if your business doesnt include an address than it can’t be used for reviews. I will think of another approach. Thanks anyway.

    Hi @katmacau,

    Yes, the plugin uses official Google Places API to get first 5-10 reviews and this API doesn’t work with the places without physical address. Unfortunately, it’s a limitation of Google, not us or the plugin.
