    Every week I get an email telling me my backup was a success, with a log txt file. However, I’ve just looked at the folder on my google Drive and the only backup that is in the default “UpdraftPlus” folder is the first one I did – dated 2020 (2 yrs ago!). I’ve double-checked the settings and searched the entire Google drive for .gz files, but can’t find anything. What am I missing?

    OK, I think I understand what’s happened. The company who own the Google Drive did not share the root folder with me, they shared a sub-folder – hence I can’t see the UpdraftPlus folder.

    When I set it up, I was using the Pro version and must have created a custom folder with the shared sub-folder.

    I’m still waiting for them to confirm this, but I think this can be marked as resolved.
