Cannot find Forum for WPLMS

I cannot find a forum for WPLMS. I guess the real name is WordPress LMS, but that takes me to Learnpress. When I visit their site I cannot talk to anyone because I have not made a purchase yet. Their chat feature is never connected to anyone. I am starting to believe the comments I have found on the internet that their support is nonexistent. I have questions. I’m pretty inexperienced and I need to know that there will be help when I need it. I have read that it slows your site down, as well. I was all set to purchase, especially since I found that the Learnpress theme package Education WP does not include the fronted feature and you have to pay an extra $39.99, which I am do not feel we should have to do. That should be included. Also, I thought WPLMS might be easier since everything is packaged together, but then I read that there are a bunch of things that you have to sign up for separately.

And since I have spent several days just trying to find someone to talk to on their site and other places on the internet, and no phone number to call, I really don’t know if I should even try this. I don’t want to buy something that I will not be able to use. I also found that people were saying that you cannot sell your courses without an extended license, but then found just as many that said that was not true. But, I cannot clarify because I cannot reach them. Even on here, there are forums for a specific feature, but I cannot find the main WPLMS support forum page.

I am VERY frustrated and disappointed. I thought I found the perfect solution for me.

Hello Tamie,

WPLMS seems to be a commercial product.

The Product author seems to be active, as they last updated the plugin last month i.e. Feb’19.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
