Cannot Find Customer

  • Hello!

    I have a paid stripe account and when testing this plugin I get an error message every time that says user cannot be found in stripe.

    I have created the secret key and this happens in both live and test mode with known users.

    Can you please help me identify where I should troubleshoot?

    This is most likely due to multiple clients with the same email presenting in your Stripe account. Free version of this plugin does not support retrieving multiple customers. Paid version does support it, but you need to be on the latest version. If you are using paid version of the plugin please make sure it’s up to date.
