For some reason, I have a couple issues.
    1. The plugin is importing Russian/Chinese channel videos – I don’t even know what channel those are
(so I have to go in and delete them all, everytime it imports)
    2. On the Scheduled Imports page, it says “Cannot find channel name”
I have my channel setup just fine.

I have to currently disable it for now, until either 1. Can get this fixed or 2. I just can’t use it.
It just makes it look like my site was hacked cause of all the Russian and Chinese videos its importing.

    Hi there,

Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out!
    1. That definitely sounds really weird – are you using a Channel ID or a Playlist ID to import videos? Could you please share that ID?

    2. This is actually OK – at times the importer won’t be able to match the channel name, but that’s not related to the other issue you’re describing.

I am using the Channel ID: UCLzrjMbw6pd-Ti4CYj0N0BA

It just seems like its not saving the Channel ID after I enter it in and save it.. When I set up the importer (First tab), and enter all the info in, it works fine… But when (I guess it does an auto import?) that’s when its not using the same Channel ID and importing the Russian/Chinese videos.

That sounds really odd, perhaps something didn’t work right when you’ve set up the importer initially?
I am able to see the channel name and ID after importing it – https://i.imgur.com/8PqBRLm.png

I’ve also let it run for a few hours and no random videos were imported from outside of the channel.

Could you perhaps try to delete the scheduled/saved import, then deactivate the plugin and try to add it back in again?

I have removed all traces of the Plugin, so Im going to try and reinstall the plugin and see what happens.
I will reply back here later on with results. (Also to keep in mind, im using the free version, not the pro version)

On another note, if I have the Featured Image checked, it gives me an error, as well as if I have it unchecked, it still tries to pull in an image, and gives the same error and a blank image
PHP Warning: imageavif(): avif error - Could not encode image: No codec available

    Update:
So far it’s working as it should. Not getting all those weird videos. Still the issues with the images, so I have to upload those manually, not a big deal since I already have them setup.

    Hi again,

Great to hear it’s working so far!
Not sure why you’d see that .AVIF issue – the plugin doesn’t convert or manipulate images, so it might be related to one of the other plugins you have installed. I’d recommend to disable all other plugins and try to import again – it would surely import the images in their original format.
