Cannot find certain pieces of code in entire site directory?

I did not build the site. There are some custom fields (more like tags/attributes), I believe created by the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Having downloaded the entire site, I cannot find these terms that appear on the site in multiple places. Where could they be stored?

It should be noted that I cannot edit or manage plugins, widgets, or themes given the permissions of my WordPress account but shouldn’t I be able to make any changes I need if I have FTP access?
