I have been using your plugin for many years, thank you. I am experiencing a problem I did not see before. If I paste an e-mail address to the search field on the current subscribers tab and click on the “Search” button, I get a not found result. This happens even when I copy and paste the address from the list I see or manually type an e-mail on the page. I used to get the filtered results now I always get “No items found.” If I recall correctly, I could even search for the mail domain name without an ID or the at sign, now I cannot find anything.

Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.

    An observation:

    1. If I search for the ID with or without the @ at the end, it finds the record
    2. Unless the ID has a special character or punctuation, like a period or underscore, then it fails
    3. A search with the domain name at the end will always fail

In other words, if the user ID is abcd123, it will find it even if it is entered as abcd123@. But, it will fail if the user ID is ab.cd with or without @ at the end. And, [email protected] will fail.

I hope this helps to isolate the problem to fix it.

    Thank you,

    Cemal

    A little further refinement:

I can search for the domain name without the top level domain extension and without a dot. In other words, I can search and find gmail but not gmail.com.

I cannot connect the domain name to the ID with the @ sign. In other words, abcd or abcd@ or gmail will find something, but abcd@gmail will fail.

With this much information, it should be a piece of cake to locate the problem I hope ??
