Cannot find a page or template to edit for category pages

I cannot find any page or template to edit this page that exists on my site. I created two more templates, a Category one and a Categories one, and editing these does not affect this page on my site. The Category template I created by using the drop-down menu that occurs when editing the site appearance and looking at templates, and clicking the “Add New Template” button.
