Cannot exclude pages in results page

    When i try ti exclude pages from the results page in the advanced tab of the ajax search plugin using the page id, it just doesnt work and the results appear to be the same, this feature used to work before but after a recent update they’ve stopped working, could you please navigate me on this issue?
