Cannot ever upload files

    I made a free product so I could do a test purchase and see if it prompts me for upload after purchase. So I have the upload set up to allow up to 5 uploads, any file type, and The required order status to not allow customers to upload files being “failed”.

    But when the “purchase” is made there is no and the customer logs into their accoutn their is no ability to upload. It says:

    The order status has been changed so you cannot upload files contact Site Admin.

    No matter if the order says it is processing (which it automatically does until I hit complete), or if it says completed it gives this message. Any advice is appreciated!
