Cannot even get started

    Hi I tried to use this plugin on WP version 4.5–en_GB. I installed it and when I I tried to use it, it would not even load up a csv table that I put in my media files uploads directory. I also noticed that the video you provided does not even look like what I get on my screen. Should there be something else I need to install before I can import the csv file?

    I found the answer to my query above. The problem seems to be the them I am using which causes the plugin not to work. I changed my theme and all is working perfectly now. It is a good plugin and I will keep testing it. Thanks

    I’m glad you were able to resolve the issue, I have been quite busy so its hard to respond in a timely manner.

    Do you mind me asking which theme you were using that caused the issue? I’d like to be able to do some testing to see if I can find a fix for it.

    The theme that the plugin did not work is TwentyTen. It would be good if you can make it work with that theme because my main website uses TwentyTen as I am reluctant to change it now that my website is well established.
