• I am unable to enter a start point. Instead in that space there are a bunch of half gray circles and the message “Oops! Something went wrong!”. I also get the error code at the top of the page “Before adding the [wpsl] shortcode to a page, please don’t forget to define a start point on the settings page. Dismiss”

I have had to manually geocode each location that I add as that is not working automatically either. Any suggestions?

Did you set the API keys for Google Maps on the settings page? A notice should be visible to tell you this as well.

If you did set them, then check the browser console for any Google Maps related errors that explain why it doesn’t work.

I am having the same issue, but it started before I even got my API keys.Worked fine while I was initally setting up but now, a few days later, the half circles appeared. I did go and get the API creds for Search and browser but that did not fix it
