Cannot Enter decimals in Work Hour Interval setting

Despite the instruction that says you can enter decimals for lengths under 1 hour, the field itself is not allowing this. It will not allow you to save unless you have entered a whole number.

I think this is just a javascript validation error. I was able to change the hour_interval value in the database within the kanban_options table.
