Cannot enter Dashboard, always redirected to 127.0.0.1

    I’m not able to enter the Dashboard anymore.
    I always get redirected to “https://127.0.0.1” instead. I can login as admin, also the frontend is working fine.
    But once I want to enter the dashboard I get redirected to link above.
    I tried to disaple the plugin from the FTP server, still no luck.
    I tried to restore the .htaccess & wp-config.php file from a backup, no luck.
    Is there anything I can to do enter my site again?

    Hi, when did you notice this issue? Is this the first time it has happened to you? Did you by any chance make any changes to your site prior to this issue?

    Hi,
    the only thing I can remember was, that I enabled the 404 redirect or something similar.
    There I can remember that the address “127.0.0.1” was set as default value.

    It all worked fine aslong as I cleared the cache, since that I’m not able to enter the dashboard anymore.

    Hi, are you saying that when you cleared the cache you were able to enter the dashboard. Is this correct? If it is then maybe it is a cache related issue. What do you think?

    I first figured out the problem when I tried to login on my mobile device.
    There, I always got redirected while it was working fine on my computer.
    However once I cleared the cache, the same happend on my computer.
    I already tried to disable all plugins from the ftp, so no plugin is active. Still
    the redirect happens.
    Is there anyhting else I can try?

    Nevermind, the issue was caused by the Wordfence plugin, not this one.
    It didn’t work when I disabled all plugins, however once I disabled Wordfence & the plugin which is providing an alternative login page, it worked again.
