Cannot Enable WPDiscuz to Be Default Comment Box

    I am wanting this plugin to only be applied to my posts, regardless of category or tag. I currently do not have a comment section set up for any of my posts (just getting started). However, I’ve followed about 5 different articles and each of their tips to enable this plugin, but am still unable to figure this out. Your help navigating this would be greatly appreciated!
