I cannot enable Woocommerce email notifications on my website. Initially, I had disabled the notifications for Processing Order, Completed Order, and Refunded Order because my store is linked with Mailchimp and I was sending emails automatically using that.

However, recently Mailchimp has become glitchy and they officially recommended I not use their order notification system until a bug is worked out, which they are working on in conjunction with a team from Woocommerce.

I noticed today that my emails from Woocommerce/Wordpress were not sent when a customer placed an order but received no notification.

I tried to enable the emails but when I refresh the woocommerce/settings/emails page, theose three email notifications are disabled again. I can’t seem to get them to remain enabled.

I’ve disconnected the automatic emails from Mailchimp but it still won’t enable.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • Hi – are you still experienced this problem? I have a different prob with the Woo email notifications. I want to edit them to be worded differently and include additional info and am hoping to find someone who’s done this successfull
