    Hi,
I’ve had the plugin installed for a while, and have used it successfully. This just started.

I can enter and exit troubleshooting mode, but when I am in troubleshooting mode I cannot enable any plugin — either individually or in bulk.

I just get a message like: “When enabling the plugin, (name of plugin here), a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.

This is currently happening with all plugins.

    Hiya,

This is part of the self-check the plugin does, to help ensure a site does not become inaccessible to the one troubleshooting it.

That said, I’m also having this issue in some cases where I know that a site will remain accessible even if I enable/disable plugins or themes, so the new release (1.5.0) includes a way to forcefully perform these actions even if the loopback checks fail (there are cases where a server is misconfigured, so the checks will fail).
