When I select the “Enable Wordfence Falcon Engine” radio button and click the “Save changes to the type of caching above” button, I get the dialog box as I should, but none of the links are clickable – as if there is a no-click shield over the box. This is how it appears (screenshot) https://screencast.com/t/65fLirDE. Obviously, I can’t click the “Download my .htaccess file” link to enable the button.

I am using the MH Newsdesk Lite theme with no customizations and don’t seem to have any plugins that could be causing this.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

  • I tried 3-4 pluggins and it didn’t work. Tried today with the main one and bingo. Thanks!

Can you tell me which plugin it was? We can add it to a list of plugins with compatibility issues, in case other people have the same problem. Thanks!

Definitely – it’s a real estate one called RetsPro (WPRealty). WPR3x 3.0.2 (current version).

    Thanks!

Added that to our documentation as well.

    Thanks!

I finally tracked down the culprit that was causing this problem on my installation.

    Tribulant Newsletters
    Version: 4.5.5.4.3
    Author: Tribulant Software

I temporarily disabled the offending plug-in, successfully started the WordFence Falcon Caching Engine and restarted the Tribulant Newsletters plug-in and Bob’s your Uncle. Everything is working fine.

Thanks for everyone’s input. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the follow-up! I have added this to our documentation here as well:

Another one which causes this issue is Tickera – an event ticketing system which we use. Deactivated it and the Falcon Pop Up worked again. Activated it then switched Tickera back on again.
