Cannot Embed PLaylist

    Attempting to embed a playlist gallery returns

    Sorry, that does not seem to be a link to an existing playlist. Please confirm that the link works in your browser, and that the owner of the playlist allowed embed sharing permissions (otherwise, contact the owner of the video to allow embedding). Then copy that full link in your address bar to paste here.

    • The URL is correct. Works in multiple browsers.
    • The playlist has embedding enabled.
    • Created a new API key without restrictions in a new project, then changed key in plugin. No effect
    • Can successfully use the plugin to embed the channel.
    • Can successfully use the YT iframe embed code to embed the playlist.

  • I have same issue.

    I can not embed below playlist URL

    However, if I use link below, it works.
    https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL70DEC2B0568B5469

    The hyphen(-) is used in the playlist URL, which is probably the cause of the problem?

    Just to add another troubleshooting data point, using a different embedding plugin with the same API and URL embeds the playlist successfully.

    What is “add another troubleshooting data point” ?
    Are you no longer using the “Embed Plus for YouTube” plugin to embed playlists?

    The point was that the API and URL are definitely not the issue, and the fault lies in Enbed Plus.

    I used YotuWP to embed the playlist. If the issue with Embed Plus can be fixed, I may put it back. I like the features.

    Thanks! for another plugin info. I’ll try it.
    I hope Embed Plus can fix this issue.

    We tried the following in the wizard and did not get any issues:

    It’s not clear if there’s something to fix at this point for that particular link. Perhaps you can make a loom.com video or use some other similar tool to share.

    works fine for us too. Perhaps you can clear your cache and make a loom video.
