    We have recently moved our sites from a dedicated server to a dedicated WordPress host called Flywheel (amazing performance with this host). However, we cannot email our invoices and get the message “Your email could not be sent. Please check the email address and try again.” All the email addresses are valid and worked on the dedicated server.

    For performance reasons this new host does not provide email accounts but that is not an issue for us because we moved to Google Business Gmail a long time ago.

    All other emails from admin and Woocommerce work fine.

    We found that unchecking the BCC box allowed it to work. It looks like there’s a bug in the plugin, where if you check the “BCC” box in the Invoice Plugin email settings, then it does not set a valid FROM address. Without a FROM address, the email doesn’t send correctly.
