Every woocommerce edit or add new product page cannot be edited or added to, plus WPBakery doesn’t show, AIOSEO , product tages, product categories etc will not fill. I can add the name of the page but that’s all.

  • I had the same issue before. And now that i’ve migrated the related website, it throws an error 500 when editing a product with this plugin on.

    Same problem.

Same here. I had to roll back to version 2.0.5

I rolled back Facebook for Woocommerce to version 2.0.0 (which may have been too far but …) and everything is now working. Will gradually roll forward until I find what update caused the error. Have to reconnect with Facebook and will check if products are now uploading.

same issue too and also effecting WPBakery doesn’t show, AIOSEO , product tages, product categories etc will not fill.

same issue… i tried changing php memory limit but no change

Hi @reskate. Were you able to resolve the issue? If not, can you let me know what your PHP memory limit is and see if setting it to 512MB helps?

For everyone else, since server configurations can be vastly different, please start a new thread if you have not done so yet.

Had to delete so because Kept being told to update but 2.0.3 worked fine. Php is 7.4.1 and memory is 512mb. Gave up.

Hi @reskate. Google Product Categories were introduced in version 2.1.0 and uses more memory than previous versions. We have raised an issue with the developers to look into if that is causing any issues with product updates but we don’t have an ETA on a follow-up for that yet.

I’m not sure that’s the sole issue unless it takes more than 512mb memory. Whatever it is, it interferes with the page in every section from permalink through description, item details, etc. The page name can be entered and that’s it.

Hi @reskate. Sorry that you are running into this problem. We’ve shared reports of this issue with the developers of the plugin so that they may look into it.. If you roll back the plugin to 2.1.0 or 2.0.5, does everything work as expected?

Yes, I posted that rolling back to 2
0 made everything work within my website but it didn’t meet WordPress or Woocommerce requirements nor Facebook requirements and I kept getting a “fatal” error notice. That cleared up when zi finally deleted the plug in. Then from Facebook I followed their instructions to install the pixel through then but the result was the same. I also notified the plugin developer in October regarding this issue but to date I’ve seen no change. I try once every week but continue to see no changes.

    Hi @reskate.

Then from Facebook I followed their instructions to install the pixel through then but the result was the same.

I’m not sure what this means in terms of the issue that you were facing. Let’s take a closer look at the issues with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin in particular.

    > Rolling back to 2.0 made everything work within my website but it didn’t meet WordPress or Woocommerce requirements nor Facebook requirements

Did rolling back to 2.1.0 or 2.0.5 not work and you had to roll back further? Can you let me know what are the issues faced with the previous version of the plugin? What errors did you encounter that indicate that the plugin doesn’t meet WooCommerce, WordPress and Facebook requirements?

Same issue here. Increasing PHP memory limit helped as a quick fix.
