Cannot edit widget

    I have added a photonic widget to a magazine homepage.

    It displays:

    ‘Click on the icon to edit your gallery.’

    and then

    ‘Current Shortcode’.

    The text of the shortcode is read-only. Clicking on the icon results in a delay but nothing happens. So, how can I edit the shortcode / change the options in the widget?

    You are probably getting a JavaScript error in the backend due to a conflict with another plugin.

    If you open your Developer console (Ctrl + Shift + I, or F12 in Chrome), and go to the “Console” you can see what error is showing up.

    This only happens in the ‘live preview’ mode.

    Otherwise it’s fine.

    As above, a log from the JavaScript console will help me troubleshoot this for you (unless you are OK with editing this from the Widgets page directly).
