Cannot edit vendor membership form

1. I have created my first vendor registration form, but now I am unable to edit it at all. I can’t even delete it to restart from the beginning.

>> We will be fixing this issue in our next update. If everything goes according to the plan, we will be releasing the update next week.

2. My vendors must pay a monthly fee to sell their items in my store. Is this possible to set up subscription plan with WC marketplace? If so, how?

>> The default flow of WC Marketplace, doesn’t provide this option. However, WC Marketplace is flexible enough to let you modify this.

So, yes you can achieve this through some customization.

You can also use our add-on Vendor Membership, that let you have a monthly fee from your vendors and much more.

1) how can vendors log in? I see a registration page but no log-in page.

2) Is it possible to assign different commissions to different vendors?

Now coming to your queries one by one:

>> In order to log in, there must be a My Account Page, that come from either “Login” button or “My Account” button.

Please know that, only after becoming a user of the site, the vendor could apply through the Vendor Registration form.

2) Is it possible to assign different commissions to different vendors?

>> With WC marketplace you can set up different commissions for different products, but the Vendor oriented commission is same for all vendors.

Although you can achieve this through some customization. You can consult your developer regarding this or if you want our help please reach us through our Support Forum.

Everything works now with the update, thanks.

I was able to create a test vendor account, however, I cannot add products when logged in. When I click “product manager” it leads me to my homepage instead of the wp-admin (see screenshot) I made sure the account was labelled as “vendor” so not sure where I went wrong.

@treasureseason We presume the issue you are facing might be due to the theme. Can you please ensure this by switching to some default WooCommerce theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.

If this issue still exists, please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
