    Installed the update 8.01 and now I can create tickets, but cannot edit them. When I click on the ticket, nothing shows up on the screen.

    Cannot complete work that needs to be done.

    Hi there,

    We have fixed same issue for one of our customers for this issue.
    If you have some programming or database related knowledge, you can try below:

    In your database for the wordpress, table YOUR_PREFIX_wpsp_tickets, please check new column “active” is added or not. If not, please add new integer column “active” with default value “1”.

    Please make sure you give default value “1” and data type as integer.

    If you are not technical person, you can take help of your web developer.

    Dear Support team,
    I installed WP Support Plus on my local server .
    The Admin side is working fine but client/user can’t view/edit the submitted tickets .
    User dashboard is showing Columns with tickets . When i trying to click nothing is happening .
    I checked the database as you recommended before the column “Active ” is exist with integer data “1”

    Please help me to resolve .
