Cannot Edit Services

  • Hello.
    I am not able to update services.

    I can change all the fields and when I click UPDATE, the page refreshes and I get the alert that ‘Service Updated Successfully’. But none of my changes are saved.

    Please advise.

    Kindly deactivate all your plugin one by one and check. If still, you are facing the same issue. Then let me know about your plugin version so we can test this on our end. also please share your site URL.

    Hi. Thanks for the reply.

    I had another install that worked, so by comparing I realized that the non-working install only had 12 rows in the Services table instead of 16. Is that because I forgot to uninstall the non-paid version before installing the paid version?

    Anyway, I copied the Services table structure over and it works now.
