When I select all these capabilities for my role, the edit others, publish, edit published, and edit private options for the Quizzes and Surveys row disappear. Only edit and create remain.

@hbk747 Do you know why on your site it shows as MQCs while on my site it shows Quizzes & Surveys? Is it different plugin?

@rizaardiyanto Hello. Yes its the same plugin (QSM). On mine it is MCQs because I changed the default Post Type Name from settings to MCQs

I have been trying for hours and still cant figure it out. Only as the admin can I acccess all QSM options and the capabilities do not disappear. I have tried the editor role, SEO manager, and the newly created MCQs Manager role but even when I turn on ALL capabilities in posts, pages, media, QSM/Quiz (essentially making those roles into admins), but still the QSM options appear for a while and then disappear.

Maybe I can create a staging website so you can see the issue directly. Can DM/email the details if you can send me your email address.

The next step in this issue may be to take this up with our Pro support or the QSM support.

I have another question. If you go to the roles option, there used to be options to allow or disallow roles to log in. There was also an option to redirect people to a URL once they login. I do not see those options anymore. What happened? An image for your reference https://ibb.co/552QNNm
