Good afternoon, I have experienced several problems:

    1. When pressing on ”Quick edit” or ”Edit”, there is simply no option to edit a price. Is there a way to somehow create this option?
    2. When bulk editing products (same if I use BEAR Bulk editor or none), once I click on update, the new prices just don’t update. I have tried variations of increasing price by %, as well as fixed amount) – nothing. It says changes have been saved, there is no error whatsoever, howerer, the prices remain the same. This applies to both variable products and not.
    3. I previously managed to change a few prices somehow, but I can only see the change in my products list, yet the prices in store never updated…

What could be the issue? Thanks.

  • Hi there @4aureu ??

Welcome to WooCommerce Support. I’d be happy to help you with this.

When pressing on ”Quick edit” or ”Edit”, there is simply no option to edit a price. Is there a way to somehow create this option?

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see at that screen? That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

https://snipboard.io/ is a great free online tool for sharing screenshots here, in the forum.

I see. Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to try with this tool, and see how it goes, or otherwise?

I previously managed to change a few prices somehow, but I can only see the change in my products list, yet the prices in store never updated…

Could you please elaborate further on this? What are the product URLs? Also, can their prices be changed with consistent success utilizing the method I’m sharing just above, in this message, or otherwise?

    Thank you.

Hey, thanks for replying. This is what I see when Quick editing: https://snipboard.io/vrkTIp.jpg as we can see here, the Price option is missing.

I mean, I managed to update a few prices few days ago, everything was good until it wasn’t, not sure why. I am importing the products straitghtaway from my supplier, hence I don’t really have a CSV file, although I did try that option previously, but personally disliked it a lot. This is URL https://adorybelle.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=4742&action=edit (one of many), I am not sure if you can see so one more SC to elaborate on what I mean there is no option for price: https://snipboard.io/qH6ZvW.jpg as far as I’m aware, it’s missing ”General” section, where I would normally set it.

    Hi @4aureu

Based on your screenshots, it does indeed look like the “General” section where you would normally set the price is missing. This is unusual and it could be due to a plugin conflict or an issue with product type.

However, could you please share a full screenshot of the product data section? Because it seems like a grouped product.

    Direct link: https://gifyu.com/image/SiHVn

If it is not a group or bundle product, please try the following steps:

    1. Deactivate all of your plugins except for WooCommerce. If the issue disappears, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the issue after each, to identify the conflicting plugin.
    2. Switch to a default theme like Storefront. If the issue resolves, the issue lies with your theme.

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there,

The product I have previously screenshoted is not a group product but a variable. The same issue applies for variable products or simple ones.

I have deactivated my plugins and the theme -the issue persists even with everything deactivated.

My system status report: https://prod.pastebin.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/xxKJLZqb and fatal error log https://prod.pastebin.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/sEbxJk8D

I have copied them when having all the plugins disabled, don’t know if that’s relevant.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi @4aureu

Thanks for sending over your system status.

I have deactivated my plugins and the theme -the issue persists even with everything deactivated.

Can you deactivate Elementor and leave only WooCommerce core active?

    Imagen

Also, please change the theme from Astra to Storefront. Does it make any difference?

    and fatal error log?https://prod.pastebin.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/sEbxJk8D

It appears the Pastebin has been removed. Can you send it over again so we can take a look at the fatal error?

    Thank you!

Hi again, sending my logs as for today with Storefront theme and only Woocommerce plugin. Even with this I don’t see an option to edit a price on any product..

    Hi @4aureu

From the error logs you’ve provided, it looks like there’s an issue with the WP All Import plugin you’re using. The errors are related to the array_map() and array_diff() functions, which are expecting an array as an argument but are receiving either a WP_Error object or boolean.

I suspect that this error might be causing your product import to fail, which, in turn, could be creating the price editing issue.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Deactivate and reactivate the WP All Import plugin, then reimport your products. Sometimes, deactivating and reactivating a plugin can resolve certain issues.
    2. Check your import file. The issue may be with the file you’re trying to import. Make sure it’s correctly formatted and doesn’t contain any errors. You could also try importing another CSV file to see whether the issue is related to it or not.

If none of the above steps work, you should reach out to the support team for the WP All Import plugin. They may be able to provide more specific assistance, as the error is occurring within their plugin.

Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

    Hi there,

I have deleted WP all import plugin, because I am importing products straight from my supplier’s online store. I used this plugin before, just didn’t delete it. Now, when I just started importing, everything was fine until something happened, I logged in, and those options simply vanished. Even now, I still don’t have it and don’t know where to seek help anymore… Any ideas? Thank you.

P.S. just to clarify, by importing straight from the store I mean the products are synced with my store using a consumer key and secret.

    Hi there @4aureu ??

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further.

P.S. just to clarify, by importing straight from the store I mean the products are synced with my store using a consumer key and secret.

This sounds like a 3rd party implementation. Therefore, feel free to reach out to its support channel, as they would be in a better position to assist you.

Could you send me a screenshot of what you see at that screen now, please?

Again, just to clarify, this is when all plugins are deactivated, except WooCommerce, and the Storefront theme (linked here) is active. Correct?
