Cannot edit product price

  • Good afternoon, I have experienced several problems:

    1. When pressing on ”Quick edit”, there is simply no option to edit a price. Is there a way to somehow create this option?
    2. When bulk editing products (same if I use BEAR Bulk editor or none), once I click on update, the new prices just don’t update. I have tried variations of increasing price by %, as well as fixed amount) – nothing. It says changes have been saved, there is no error whatsoever, howerer, the prices remain the same. This applies to both variable products and not.

  • Hi?@4aureu, you can try these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Update WooCommerce to the latest version available and run a compatibility test.
      Using?FTP?or a file manager provided by your hosting provider,?switch to a default theme?and deactivate all the plugins in these steps (or see?here):
      – Rename the “plugins” folder to something like “plugins-disabled” to deactivate all plugins.
      – Go to the “wp-content/themes/” directory and rename your current theme’s folder.
      This will force WordPress to use the default theme and disable all plugins. If the issue is resolved, enable them one by one to identify the one causing the issue, and also let their support team know about this issue.
    • Check error?logs, using the browser’s developer tools (F12) for any messages that might explain the issue

    If the issue persists, it is best to contact WooCommerce support team for more technical help and let them know about this issue.
