Cannot Edit Plugin Title, Alt Keywords in Media Library

Can anybody help me on this? I cannot input information in the “Image Title”, “Alt Title” and “Keywords” in the Media Library. I input the details in the fields, but they simply won’t load and save.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
