Cannot edit PDF profile

Hello,

This plugin is a very interesting one for me and will help me to achieve what I am looking for ?? but, I have an issue :

I can select a form and get the PDF custom page but only once…
If I come back to edit it, selecting the previous form, nothing happen… the custom page is not displayed and so, I cannot edit the parameters of my PDF…

Do I miss something ?
