• Hi everyone, I’ve had this problem for quite some time and I don’t know who to go to. I’ve had it on several different versions. I’m not really techy but I use Genesis framework with a free theme: Adaptation. I’ve tried deactivating my plugins and recently updated both genesis and wordpress with no change.

I go to the menu part of my site /wp-admin/nav-menus.php and I can’t see any of my menus. Most of the buttons don’t work on the page, including screen options. When I click “create a new menu” I go to this page /wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=edit&menu=0 and the pages and posts on the side are no longer clickable.

Something is definitely corrupt. I don’t know how it got this way and cannot edit the code myself to fix it. Does anyone have any tips or can direct me to someone who can help me? I would consider taking all my post and pages and just starting over but I don’t know how to do that either.

    Thanks!
