I have a new WP site serving as an Intranet. Everything was fine but today I find that when I edit a menu via backend admin the change does not show on the frontend. I have deleted menu items and even entire menus but nothing changes on frontend and menu choices still appear.

I have switched themes, disabled plugins, and restarted apache $ MySQL. Nothing has helped.

It is starting to sound like a corrupt db table (wp_term?) But when I attempt a repair on all the tables most return a message of ‘The storage engine for the table doesn’t support…’

    Help!

Further; If I go to MySQL admin, select all tables and do a Check All, they all come back ‘OK.’ So maybe it’d not a db issue which is good.

Did a /update-core.php to reinstalled WordPress 4.2.2 but that did not fix issue.

Menus are editable in the backend but frontend is fixed and do not show updates.
