if I try to create or edit a menu nothing appears on the right side when I add. It just started the other day. I can send screen shots if you like. Also if I try to edit the menu from the customize screen the options are blank even when I select the menu I want to use. The menu items will show up on the website but I have no way of editing the order. was curious if anyone has any suggestions

Check whether the issue still occurs when you temporarily switch to the default twenty-sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins.

If the issue to goes away, then switch back to your usual theme and activate the plugins one by one, testing for the issue until it occurs again.

This will help you to identify whether specific plugin (or your theme) was the cause of the problem so you can then concentrate further investigation around that component.

Have you assigned Menu location? Dashboard > Appearance > Menu > add menus and under those menus on Menu Settings > select location on Theme locations > Save Menu.

Did this work previously, but has never worked for you or has it never worked on this site?

    Which theme are you using?

Also please provide a link to your site – there may be some clues in the page source.

It worked up until a few days ago. I am using a theme called Tesseract… I have tried a lot of different themes and I get the same result. I have a few screenshots… website is https://www.corsoit.com/ I do appreciate the assistance

I checked to see if the issue was different on my test site which is installed locally using serverpress…Same issue on my test website as well. Not sure if this will help but this is the version of wordpress I am using 4.4.2–en_GB
The one odd thing I noticed on both sites. That I do not remember seeing before. on the updates tab wordpress is giving me the option to reinstall this version or to download this version. It may have always been there I just do not recall seeing it.. I may have just noticed it because of the issue I am having

out of curiosity I checked loading the website on a different computer. It appears to be my computer. Any ideas on what would cause wordpress to not display correctly on a computer? would it be an update, driver I am drawing a blank where to even begin looking.

Thank you for suggestions and taking the time to read my post and assist me with the issue. I feel like a complete idiot I figured out what the issue was. It appears to be the installation of google chrome on my computer that is having an issue. I installed firefox and tried that and everything is fine. I feel like such a dumbass lol
