Cannot Edit Max Buttons

    Hello. I have been using MB for a while on this site, but when I went to “copy” a button it would not allow me to do that. I tried editing and adding a new button and nothing worked.

    I deactivated and deleted the plugin and then reinstalled it, and it still doesn’t work.

    I cannot post a link as this is for a client and I don’t want to publicly post their website.

    This sounds like you have a conflict with another plugin that might be interfering with the Javascript in the button editor. You can check by opening the web developer console, refresh the button editor and check if you see some error in red colors.

    I didn’t hear anything back so far. The latest update 9.4.1 might fix the situation. There are reports that certain plugins can cause this conflict. Let me know with a report if the update didn’t fix it.
