cannot edit links on uploaded images in WYSIWYG

  • Issue:
    -Upload a new image to a post
    -Do not link the image
    -Insert the image in the post
    -Click “Edit Image” on the new image in the editor
    -Add a link URL
    -The Link URL is ignored: the image is not linked, and if you click “Edit Image” again, the Link URL field is blank

    Note: this issue does not happen with images added from a URL, only images uploaded or from the Media Gallery.
    Is this a bug?
