cannot edit image borders

    When in the editor (using TinyMCE advanced) and I pull up the image editor toolbar, I can click left right and centre and also edit details using the pencil icon. This latter pulls up the Image Details screen where I used to be able to edit the border by using Advanced Options. They are no longer there. Can I get it back?
