Cannot edit home page

    So many posts on this, but could not find one that fits. I use the Ghandi theme and recently installed a button on the Home Page. The button worked but did not do what I wanted. I then installed MaxButtons, created one, added it to the page and (at the same time) deleted the original button and updated.
    Now the Maxbutton is on the page but I can no longer edit the page. When I click Edit from the dashboard, the browser (Chrome) times out waiting for the site to respond, over and over. I have cleared cache, restarted the browser, and even rebooted the PC. I really would like NOT to delete the page and start over. Help?

  • Try disabling the plugin that you installed.

    Yeah, thanks, I thought of that, too so I did it. Since my original post I found that I can edit the page using Microsoft’s Edge browser. It’s a glitch with Chrome I guess. I will work on it from that perspective and mark the issue as solved.
